Rental Conditions

Scope

These conditions apply to all bookings and stays handled by Nevada-Homes.

Booking & payment

  • A booking is confirmed after successful payment via Stripe or another indicated method.
  • Prices include nightly amounts and a final cleaning fee (if applicable). Local taxes may apply as required by law.

Cancellations & no-show

  • Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation at any time does not entitle to a refund.
  • In case of no-show, the full payment is forfeited.

Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times as stated in the booking; early/late options only upon confirmation.
  • Key/access instructions are provided before arrival once formal requirements are met.

Guest obligations

  • Respect building rules and quiet hours; parties are prohibited.
  • Use the property only by the number of guests stated in the booking.
  • No smoking inside; cleaning fees/penalties may apply for violations.
  • Pets only upon prior approval.

Damage & deposit

The guest is liable for damages caused during the stay. We may require a deposit or charge the card as per handover protocol.

Force majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., infrastructure failures, government restrictions) where due care was exercised.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Courts local to the property’s location have jurisdiction.
